MeatVy's Story

MeatVy began in 2020 as 'Meat2door' when the founders saw the need for a delivery business focused on raw meat delivery meeting all the legal requirements to allow butchers to operate even in Covid when their doors were closed.

Since the initial identification of the need, the team has conducted an abundance of primary and secondary market research to alter the concept. Following on from the greater understanding of the UK Halal Meat industry regarding market needs and consumer behaviours. We conducted validations of our new pivoted concept from Meat2Door as a simple meat delivery operation to the Worlds First Halal meat concierge service.

The MeatVy concept has got a proven consumer demand across London which is where the team's focus is currently with the development of our team and product. The final push required for MeatVy to disrupt England's Halal Meat industry is a capital investment to finalise our mobile app and to have a cash cushion to prepare a marketing strategy for our launch.

The MeatVyTeam

The MeatVy team structure is broken into three categories; decision-makers, partner butchers and transporters.

Core Team

Khuzaima A. Khan (CEO) who is focused on the long-term Mission of MeatVy.

Mohamed Jama (COO) founded the business with Khuzaima in 2020 and is the COO in charge of the daily operations of the business.

Azizur Rahman, the newest addition to our team as of late 2022. He is our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is the responsible individual in charge as the tech lead.

Imran Chowdury came on board as our accountant but has been our advisor since 2021 after his experience with countless start-ups.

Adam Shakib is our silent team member as he is in sales at a Venture Capital firm and intends on getting us help when we're ready to be VC-backed.

Besides our passionate decision-making team, we have a network of 50 delivery drivers that we call our 'transporters' and a network of 12 Halal Butchers clustered around London.
